As one of 12 full moons to admire every year, April’s moon was dubbed the Pink Moon by early Native Americans because pink wildflowers appear around this time.

Prepare and drink your own Cacao at home whilst we gather and meditate together for love and peace during these times of great change.

I will post the details of how to prepare the Magical Cacao drink and when we all connect on Zoom, we can sit together and share a beautiful peace meditation.

Cacao opens the heart chakra and heals the heart. Love is all we need right now and meditation done in a group together is very powerful and can move mountains.

Raw Cacao as a regular healthy choice is effective in reducing stress and also can be a powerful antidepressant.

Its high valeric acid content blocks the stress hormones, while triggering the release of dopamine and the endorphin phenylethylamine.  These are natural bliss chemicals. We love chocolate because of these. However chocolate as we know it may also contain lots of processed sugar and other unhealthy food products. Raw Cacao gives you just all the health benefits.

It also contains the essential amino acid tryptophan, which increases production of serotonin, an important brain chemical that helps us remain positive and happy. A lack of serotonin can lead to depression, fatigue and mood swings.  These neurotransmitters also remain in the bloodstream longer after ingesting cacao creating a natural antidepressant benefit, while the theobromine and caffeine content boosts energy levels and relieves fatigue.

As well as powerful antioxidants, cacao also contains flavonoids along with a significant amount of chromium, which balances blood sugar levels and helps the body’s cells resist damage by free radicals caused by a toxic environment. Likewise, the flavanols have a positive effect on vascular health, lowers blood pressure, improves blood flow to the brain and heart and helps the clotting process of blood.

Adverse Effects

Of course not everyone can tolerate Cacao or dark chocolate and it is always best to try a small amount first to see if it is ok for you or check with a health specialist if you are concerned about it before you attend the meditation.

As an alternative you can choose another drink of your choice or simply just attend the meditation.
