The World Returns to the New Normal

How do we equip ourselves for returning to a ‘normal’ life again after the lockdown and all the changes we have experienced? The concept and practice of Mindfulness has never been more important than at this moment in time. We are called upon to be careful and mindful of everything we do. We have a whole new way of living and the rules seem to be changing all the time because we are dealing with the unknown.

welcome back to the new normal

Many of you will be returning to work, your children may be going back to school, whilst others of you will be adjusting to being at home on your own again. Human beings are resilient and mostly we do adapt well to change and settle into a new or old routine. The term ‘New Normal’ says it all really. We need to go back to normal, yet we all know that it is going to be very new indeed.  Many of you will be returning to work, your children may be going back to school, whilst others of you will be adjusting to being at home on your own again. Looking forward to returning to the new normal
